Just thought I'd let everyone know that, and this is a big one, Gerard is expecting.  Bless his little hearts.  The baby is due in the end of December, and everything looks to be healthy and content.  Gerard was ordered on bed rest, seeing as how men shouldn't really get pregnant, but Gerard was enough like a woman that the doctors were able to bypass some of that.  He is on hormones now, so please don't go around teasing him now.  He is ordered to wear that man-bra.  And he fills it out nicely.

At he last check up, they weren't able to tell the sex of the baby, but as soon as we know, I will share.  This is enormous news, and our mom and dad have already sent their congradulations, loving the idea that they get to be grandparents.  Mom has already gone out and bought little outfits and such, bragging that her son's knocked up to all the women in the bridge club back home.

One last thing - When you see Gerard, go up to him and rub his belly.  He loves it.  It makes him laugh and smile and he will talk aimlessly about being pregnant and how wonderful he thinks this whole thing is.  oh, and ...
